OUR HISTORY
Rallcon (Pty) Ltd was founded by the members of the Strydom family who had a vision of building a globally renowned organization that will provide intelligent industrial solutions. The deep passion for these solutions was ignited through cooperation opportunities presented to them by various international OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) that were exploring various models to comply with the local content requirements of the South African government; and the desire to own and brand what the company develops. The first step towards fulfilling this generational vision was taken when the organization was legally incorporated on 12 May 2016. Whilst incorporated in May 2016, the founders had co-founded and co-managed several businesses in the past. The first fifteen months of the business operations were spent putting in together business governance and running the business so that it was sustainable and had marginal profitability. At the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2017, a three-year growth strategy was developed and supported by a market penetration and cementation model which is centered on a collaboration with technology and strategic partners, developing intelligent industrial solutions and sound supply chain management.
The chosen market penetration and cementation model was introduced, optimized and perfected by the founders whilst they were employed in the corporate environment. Also, the founders acknowledged the need to nominate a minimum of two internationally leading technology partners to collaborate with their research and development team and incubate them through supplier development initiatives.
Rallcon can undertake all aspects of intelligent industrial solutions for infrastructure projects, from economic and feasibility studies to detailed design, supervision of construction and contract administration. Our strengths lie within our dynamic team that comprises of technically inclined and competent engineers, professionally registered project managers, and workshop personnel as well as our efficient support functions.
Having grown from a humble beginning, Rallcon continues to strive to become a globally known brand in intelligent industrial solutions that offers its clients turnkey industrial solutions of easy-to-use technology that’s good quality, valuable and cost-effective. We are committed to long-term relationships with clients, based on operations excellence, professionalism, integrity, honesty as well as shared expertise; and to strive to provide sustainably engineered industrial solutions that mostly utilize locally produced materials and components, and thus drive cost optimization.
